North County Gurkhas
Welcome to the website for the North County Gurkhas, part of North County Rugby Club.
The North County Rugby Club (San Diego - California) was founded in 1976 by Bill Matz, as the Escondido Rugby Club. Bill owned the Escondido Athletic Club at the time, and the Rugby Club still wears the Athletic Club colors (Blue and White). We now play our home games at Valley Middle School in Carlsbad and train at Bradley Park in San Marcos.
